Both apartments are around five minutes from M6 Junction 23 and the A580 East Lancs Road. That puts Warrington, St Helens, Wigan and the wider North West within an easy commute, with Manchester and Liverpool both straightforward runs.
Do you do weekly and monthly contractor rates?
Yes — long stays are what these apartments are set up for. Discounted weekly and monthly rates, with all bills, Wi-Fi and linen included. Tell us your dates, how many of you there are and how long the contract runs, and we will send a tailored price.
Can you invoice my employer or agency?
Yes. We raise invoices directly to your company or agency so the booking goes through expenses cleanly and you are not fronting a month’s accommodation yourself. Send us the billing details when you enquire.
Can I check in late after a shift?
You can. Both apartments have self check-in and your access instructions are sent before you travel. Arrive at whatever hour the job finishes — there is nobody to meet and no key collection to worry about.

The two bedroom has allocated and visitor parking in a secure gated car park, with a public EV charger nearby if you are running an electric van or company car. The one bedroom has plenty of free parking on site.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
Both apartments run on superfast full fibre broadband, built to handle several people at once. Timesheets, drawings, site photo uploads and video calls back to the office all work without a fight.
Can I do laundry while I am here?
Yes. There is a washer dryer on site, so work clothes go in of an evening and are ready the next morning. You are not hunting for a launderette midway through a contract or carting a bag of washing home at weekends.
How many of us can stay?
For contractors, the two bedroom takes two of you — a room each, with a king and en suite in the master and a double in the second bedroom — and the one bedroom takes one. Book both and you have room for up to three contractors across the two apartments.
What happens if the job overruns?
Tell us as soon as you know and we will extend at the same rate wherever the calendar allows. No rebooking, no repacking and no new price — jobs overrun, and the booking should be able to move with it.
Is it cheaper than booking through a platform?
