How far are you from the M6 and the A580?
Both apartments are around five minutes from M6 Junction 23 and the A580 East Lancs Road. That puts Warrington, St Helens, Wigan and the wider North West within an easy commute, with Manchester and Liverpool both straightforward runs.
Do you take bookings for contractors on long stays?
Yes — long stays are what these apartments are set up for. We offer discounted weekly and monthly rates with all bills, Wi-Fi and linen included. Tell us your dates, how many of you there are and how long the contract runs, and we will send a tailored price.
Can I check in late after a shift?
You can. Both apartments have self check-in, and your access instructions are sent before you travel. Arrive at whatever hour the job finishes — there is nobody to meet and no key collection to worry about.
Where do I park the van?
The two bedroom has allocated and visitor parking in a secure gated car park, with a public EV charger nearby if you are running an electric van or car. The one bedroom has plenty of free parking on site.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
Both apartments run on superfast full fibre broadband, and it is built to handle several people at once. Timesheets, drawings, site photo uploads and video calls back to the office all work without a fight.
Can I do laundry while I am here?
Yes. The two bedroom has a washer dryer in its fully equipped kitchen, so work clothes go in of an evening and are ready the next morning. You are not hunting for a launderette midway through a contract.
How many people can stay?
For families, insurance guests and other stays, the two bedroom sleeps up to four — a king in the master with its own en suite, and a double in the second bedroom — and the one bedroom sleeps up to two, so up to six across both apartments. For contractors, we take two in the two bedroom (a room each) and one in the one bedroom, so up to three across both.
Do you have a travel cot and highchair?
Yes. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, so families and insurance guests with little ones do not need to pack them. Just mention it when you book and we will have them ready for your arrival.
Can you invoice my employer or insurer?
Yes. We can raise invoices directly to your company, agency, insurer or loss adjuster so the booking goes through cleanly, without you fronting the cost. Just let us know the billing details when you enquire.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
